Tom Nilsson has a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Information systems along with other certificates. He's been working in the professional IT industry for over 10 years and provides high-quality IT customer service. He is also a loving father of two little daughters, Mary and Jane.
Austin Robertson
Austin has a degree in computer sciences and more than 10 years of IT experience working with small and large businesses. He joined Fix It Lab team in 2001 as a Service Desk Manager. Austin is responsible for providing white-glove support to executives.
Jason Owen
